These Terms govern your use of the InZanePrints Family Command Center web application. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product purpose

The Family Command Center is a digital household organization tool. It can connect to a Google account to create and work with a buyer-owned planning spreadsheet and provides features such as calendars, tasks, meal planning, grocery lists, bills, savings, routines, stickers, notes, themes, and printable views.

2. Your Google account

You choose whether to connect a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for reviewing the permissions you grant. You may revoke the app's access through your Google Account settings.

3. Your data

You retain ownership and control of the information you enter. Connected planner information is stored primarily in the Google Sheet in your own Google account. You are responsible for keeping any backup you consider necessary.

4. License and acceptable use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Family Command Center for your own household, subject to the terms of the applicable InZanePrints listing/license. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy for resale, or represent the app, its source code, graphics, templates, or branded assets as your own product.

5. Availability and third-party services

Some functions depend on third-party services including Google APIs and Cloudflare hosting. InZanePrints cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services operated by third parties and may update the app when third-party requirements change.

6. No professional advice

Budget, bill, savings, household, emergency, maintenance, and other organizational features are provided for planning purposes only. The app does not provide financial, legal, medical, safety, tax, or other professional advice.

7. Accuracy and user responsibility

You are responsible for checking dates, amounts, reminders, contact information, emergency details, and other information entered into the app. Do not rely on the app as the sole source for time-critical, safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial information.

8. Changes and updates

InZanePrints may improve, change, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, Google API requirements, hosting requirements, or product development.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. While reasonable care is taken to keep the product functional, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed across every browser, device, network, Google account configuration, or third-party service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, InZanePrints will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, loss of access to third-party services, or user-entered data errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
